DMOZ Question
I submitted 2 sites to their directory over a month ago and I went in today and viewed my stats. I had 2 hits from DMOZ. So I assume an editor looked at my sites.?
Do you feel this is the case?
Needless to say neither is listed yet.

I do believe DMOZ have editors to review your site.

Might be the case but all you can do is wait and hope for the best. Just move on to other seo tasks such as article writing or other directory submissions.

I think Dmoz editor only may review your website and if your site listed it will show in Dmoz directory.

Not only in Dmoz but in all directories the submitted site gets reviewed. But google considers Dmoz as a best directory. So once if choose a category in Dmoz , it lasts for ever. So one must take care while submitting a site to Dmoz.

DMOZ was downgraded by Google or at least that is what many large SEO companies are saying. I guess there bad practices of editors wanting extra pay to put through submissions etc. I think it all depends on the category because I have submitted clients websites and it would take 6 months to 2 years to get in and others it takes a week.
