When you need to change the wordings (some terms) of a deed or a lease, is it possible that you can change the necessary wordings in the same contract and both parties sign and date at the bottom? Or does it have to be a new contract? Also if it is a new contract then who prepares this contract, an attorney or the parties involved can also do so?
