Another interesting angle ... this forum seems to be full of them. I'll make a suggestion though. I think this woul dbe a much more appealing offer to the real estate community that you're marketing to here if you actually had a blog specific to real estate. I could be wrong on that, but I really think you would get more interest.

I agree. A blog about a specific industry such as real estate would attract the interest of realtors and other individuals in the real estate business. Its more likely to attract a lot of traffic to the blog and the specific sites.
