Well, am not sure whether i understand this Q in the right context.
A CMS is an easy way of managing your content. There are many FREE and PAID CMSes that can be tried. Most of the administration can happen from UI and there is no programming required.

For an online business like a real estate agent a CMS is invaluable. The CMS allows non technical users to make changes and updates to the content on the site. Without a CMS adding a property would have to be hardcoded and even if the person making the updates has webdesigner knowledge it would still take a long time to update.
