Hello fellow CT people I am in Milford CT and just found this forum today. Not a lot of us out there but hopefully more will be coming soon.
The housing market is doing OK here in Milford. 71 properties on deposit hoping for 71 more by the end of summer.

Hey there, replying very late here and I must wish you for more good productivity in your business in Milford. It is a good place and I have many friends living there. According to me Connecticut is even a best state to live and explore some new things.
I just wanted to add one more thing and it is like we all have to contribute here by placing some more updates or information about Connecticut so that, fellow posters can get some good updates.
