Reo/bulk buying bus trip

Section 8
I agree with you on the Section 8. If you can get the tenant and approve them, they're great. Seattle Housing Authority will always pay their rent. And because it takes so much time to get approved, those who get approved tend to stick around. They don't want to move and start the approval process all over again.
