Talking San Luis Obispo, CA Real Estate

I am a Realtor in San Luis Obispo CA. Great place to buy real estate for investment or making your personal residence. Cal Poly students will fill your rentals all the time. Fee free to search for property on my Web site andykatsev.com

well Andy, there is nothing better than having a vast amount of college students to rent those out!! I live in a college town and that is definitely a plus when it comes to owning rentals.

How is the market in your area?

Hey cool Andy, I went to Cal Poly, my parents still live in the area. I call San Diego home now, but SLO county will always be my true home. I plan to return when I have children or when my career allows me to.

I agree with your assessment of "Slotown", I tried to get my friends together to by a 3 bedroom back in about 96, they thought I was crazy, but in hindsight I really wish we would have! Its ok, I like to remind them whenever we argue about where the market is going now!
