My family and I moved from Chino in 2007 and before we moved the median home price there was about $490,000. I see that its now fallen to around $275,000. We moved to Texas in '07 and my wife and I will each soon be finishing our respective bachelor degrees in Social Work and Marketing. We're thinking of returning to that area in a couple of years. What can we expect the housing market to look like by mid to late 2012?
