Hi - I am looking to get my sales agent license and do some deals as a part-time job. My friend in AZ who I bought 2 homes with uses a discount flat fee broker in AZ (American Realty Brokers). The fees are pretty low and he gets like a 90 or 100% split.

I am looking for this same service here in SF. I will at least be buying a property for myself which would make it worth it alone. So far I have only found two firms (that I have never heard of):

Any other (more reputable) firms that do business in the bay area? Both of these offices appear to be in San Diego. I don't think it matters as long as they are in the state of California.
