Homes from $5000
In Kansas City you can buy homes as low as $5000, very good market for investors right now.

condition
I was reading about that not too long ago. There were a few houses for sale here in Illinois for $12,000 but they were in poor condition and need a lot of work done. what is the condition of the houses in Kansas?

I currently have an executed PA for $2500 on a North Minneapolis duplex. Yes, the property is in need of work, but there is nothing structurally wrong with it. It's a 3/3 with a 2 car garage and will rent for a total of $2,000 a month on the low end. Spend $75,000 in fix up and git-r rented. Seems like a sound investment to me.

That's EXACTLY what I'm looking for, MinnesotaPropertiesOnline.
Well, I probably wouldn't spend 75 fixing it up. But I'd take what ever NRP funds were available to fix, while renting the other half of the duplex! I figure I can do this in Hawthorn.
This is my mission. Hope to talk to you in the future, MinnesotaPropertiesOnline.
