Looks For Houses, Investments, Wholesale
Hello everyone,
My name is Roger, and I live in the Northern Alabama area, more specifically, Huntsville, Alabama.
I am a new investor and I am looking for properties in the Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas. Please let me know if you possess properties in these areas or no someone else who may possess properties in these areas.
Thanks!

Investment property
Thanks for your post Roger. I thought I would drop you back a quick note as there were no other responses.
Our team does alot of investment property real estate up here in Minneapolis. We also have worked with investors in various parts of the country.
Though we specifically have not done any work in your area, I would encourage you to go online and find a top investment property team or real estate agent in your area. He or she will be able to help you find the best deals on properties, both MLS and non-MLS, and really go to bat for you.
Here in Minneapolis, we are finding almost all of the outstanding bank owned and short sale homes are getting listed on MLS.
I hope this information helps. Happy investing!Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service. As an investor actively rehabbing homes in Baltimore, I frequently come across deals that I cannot take because I already have enough houses in my pipeline. Since I can't afford to be paying mortgages on empty houses, I will pass along these deals to you.
I see houses as being in either rental neighborhoods or retail neighborhoods. The ones in the retail neighborhoods I suggest you rehab and sell to a homeowner. The ones in rental neighborhoods are probably better kept as rental properties. Of course, you can always rent a house in any neighborhood, but whether you will have a positive cash flow will depend on the numbers. Personally, I will not keep a property as a rental if it does not have a positive cash flow.

About your interests
Hello Roger,
Properties come up at different times all over the country. Sometimes I will get something in Alabama
and sometimes in other parts of the country. If you would like to add your name to my "buyers list" I will try to
accomodate your request when properties become available in your area.Last edited by Chief Tutor; 06-23-2009 at 09:52 AM. Reason: Put URL in Signature
