All these things are very necessary and most important part is the Crime rate and the locality which is very important in terms of buying a new property or house.

I completely agree with all the points. It is indeed very important to think of various crucial issues before purchasing a home.
For me, another important factor is the scope of development of the area. Since I am just starting my family, I want my kids to have a wonderful childhood at home and hence I'm looking for a locality which has tremendous scope for growth but is still peaceful and calm inside my home!
