    Thanks for the information as it's rather detailed. But I still think that only three things are important if you choose a house: the surroundings, the money and your ability to pay off your loan.

    Before you buy a home... You should need to make a plan. Determine the number of people, the size of the house and how much money you can afford... ^^,

    Default Useful Tips!

    I completely agree with all the points. It is indeed very important to think of various crucial issues before purchasing a home.
    For me, another important factor is the scope of development of the area. Since I am just starting my family, I want my kids to have a wonderful childhood at home and hence I'm looking for a locality which has tremendous scope for growth but is still peaceful and calm inside my home!
