Buying resell flat
Hello Friends,
I m looking out for a new apartment in Kolkata, and finally managed to get one at a good price. This is a resell flat which was basically owned by a reseller.
Now what are the things i should consider before i finalize my deal
1. I need to know the legal procedure including registration & mutation
2. What are the possible type of debts might be due on this flat.
Regards,
Karan

It can be possible that any loan has been take on the same flat.. Do investigate each and every point before you buy the flat.. Check all the legal documents of the flat..

dubai property
That’s way too much to pay for rent. A house is considered overvalued if it sells for more than 20 years’ rent. You’re paying for the house every eight years and four months.bayut.com

Buying any resell flat or any property first thing which is very essential is to see its resell value and the condition. Other then this, if selling hen one should fix the perfect price for that. I mean any buyer will first go for knowing the resell value as I mention in the first line.
I have did this that is why I know well.
