where are your purchasing from and yes where are you buying in the Uk? From what i can gather from buying in other countries the buying process in the UK is relatively easy depending on what position you are in ( no chain or cash buyer)

A little more info would be helpful here.

You should hire any professional agent, they can help you. Also when buying real estate a small deposit of about 10% is placed to hold the property while the sale is formally completed. Also note when the formal contractor are exchanged, the parties are legally bound to complete the transaction.
