How do you buy a foreclosed home?

The article applies in the most part to everywhere although there can be some small differences in local laws that makes a knowlegable agent worth their weight in gold.

I do SCUBA dive it is my most favorite thing to do in my spare time. I feel like I belong on a coral reef. LOL

I've always wanted to go scuba diving. I bet it's amazing in the extremely clear waters in a tropical area.

But yes, I'd like to get in touch with one. I live in Southwest Florida. Port Charlotte is the town I'm in.
