    I assume you're suggesting that pre-foreclosure information is essential for successful real estate investing. As I've mentioned in a previous post for those that are not familiar you can obtain this information from your local financial newspaper. Lenders are required to post notice in a local newspaper notifying all interested parties prior to the sheriff sale.

    I have never seen a pre-foreclosure in a newspaper. It's always foreclosures...
