There are different ways to go about finding cash buyers. A website squeeze page is a start. It's a great way to let people know you have deals and buyers are always looking for good deals. Once they opt-in to your site you have their info on file and can showcase your deals to them.

If you don't have a website then you can go down to the courthouse. Depending on where you live, transactions are public record. You should be able to get a list of cash transactions. It might cost you though.

Also, if you have a friend who is a realtor you can always ask them. I'm not suggesting to go up to a realtor you don't know and ask for a cash buyer list......You have to develop a relationship with them first. Let them know what you do and ask if they work with investors and maybe they can help you........Realtors have access to a lot of info so it's a good idea to get a couple of realtors on your team to help you out. Work with your realtor, build those relationships and you'll start to accomplish things together....... and everyone involved wins.

    Hope this helps.
