Real Estate agents, I will pay referral commission
My name is Aubin LaBrosse and I now work with a client who buys mortgage notes for lump sums of cash - if you work with a seller who gives a note to a buyer (first position or wrap around only please, straight seconds are no good to me) but would rather have gotten a lump sum cash, I will give you 10% of what I make in commission on the sale of the note for the referral. Doesn't matter where in the country you are, my client buys notes in all 50 states.

Be aware that it is not for sale at 10% or 20% of their value.
