LOOKING FOR:
$10M ceiling
Texas property, residential only. SFR's first, followed by Multi-family and then MH parks.
The following counties are preferred: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Johnson, Denton, Wise, Parker, Hood, Ellis and Harris.
Property must have insurable titles.
Will consider standard property acquisition, REOs and NPNs.
Buyer has their LOI and POF ready and waiting. They require 10 days for due diligence, and another 10 for closing.
