    People are skeptical about the pension plans; according to a recent report by RICS, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, people are not much confident about the pensions and most of the owners are holding the properties as they see a steady source of income from this after they retire.

  2. Sell and Rent Back OR Equity Release - Which one is Good for Me?

    Sell and Rent Back and Equity Release - these two processes have some similarities.

    1] You get a lump sum amount in hand
    2] You can still live in the premise

    However, in the Sell and Rent Back plan you live in the house as a tenant to the new owner. So you need to pay rent. But when someone releases the equity of a house, they can stay in the premise until their death without paying any fees – so that’s the difference.
