  1. Is The Housing Market At Rock Bottom ?

    My opinion is that the housing market is very close to rock bottom. In some areas, the market has begun to move in an upward trend. There are still a lot of foreclosures in progress. From a buyer's view, extensive opportunity still exists, particularly in view of the substantial credits available from the government for first time home buyers.
