I have been a member of a website Ifound very helpful with rental properties. If you are just startingor wanting to buy a second rental or if you are experienced landlord.
www.richeswithrentalsnow.com
It answered a lot of questions for me. How do I get proper staffmembers and/or what type of finance for what kind of rental and the location of the rental. There are lots of facts and helpful advice.
I am glad Ijoined.
I am also a fan of RealEstateForum.comI can also get great input here from open minded people.
Thanks
