New Real Estate Marketing Hook Uses Interior Design. Helps Homeless
There's a new national network of designers and Realty Pro's (HMDgives) delighting home buying clients and raising $150,000 for the homeless at the same time.
It works like this:
- Interior Designers donate design services
- Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspectors, etc. gift free design for a single room to home buyers
- Should the home buyer add rooms or consultation - 15% of subsequent design fee's are donated to assist homeless adults and children, those in danger of becoming homeless and especially military veterans and their families.
Hereís a recent press release thatís been published by San Jose Mercury News, Miami Herald, Newsday, CBS Moneywatch and over 300 online media sources.
