I ran the numbers for real estate sales stats in Alpine Utah over the last 10 years, and here is the results.
Alpine Real Estate sales peaked between 2002-2006. Since that time they have dropped to levels in the 1900's.
Prices of Alpine Utah Homes steadily increased until 2007. Since that point they have nosedived and have dropped in value.
