    According to real estate website and listing database, Trulia.com, the Texas city of Frisco experienced steady listing prices for the week ending April 18, 2012.

    The average listing price for homes in this affluent Dallas suburb held at 398,514 with a 0.0 percent change week-over-week. The median sale price, however, was listed at $155,000 which represents an 11.0 percent drop from the price listed a year ago.
