Default Look at this simple site

Very similar to my main one.
    http://reunionresorthomesforsale.com

I am developing a new site called http://golfhomesforsaleorlando.com
Right now there are only ads and very little substance but clean looking.

How do you expect making money in marketing when Realtors are dropping like flies?

Nice sites! The Golf one I like better because you are right, it is a clean look.

Money! Well I am looking for Agents who, even if need to make money with other jobs, will still focus their time on analysing the market on a regular basis. Making sure there is "good local info" about what's really going on.

Ad revenue will be part but I will also ask Agents who wish to be a part of this network that they commit to a certain low cost amount per month or year (say $12 per year up to $100 per year) to own a city (fee depends on housing in the area) So Los Angeles would be $100 and Whiskey, AL would be $12. Naturally I have to support this myself at the start with Free placement.

The key for me is to build a strong network that is really focused on getting the public interested because of content. It will also include news feeds at some point and properly listings as well as an integrated IDX for those agents that want to include it in their profile. For $100 a year if they get 3 closed sales maybe they will feel 20 minutes a week was worth it. And the 3 turns into other leads and so on if they know how to run their business.

Could fail but I do believe in it which is why I've spent a lot of time to build it and now.... revamp it a bit into Cities rather than Zip Codes.

    Default On IDX,

I have learned that if given too much content and use of the MLS the need for a Realtor is diminished in the eyes of some buyers.

I myself have gotten caught in this situation by asking a potential new client to sign a contract before giving them all details on a property and because of the bad market conditions there are so man other Realtors who would just give it to them without having them to commit.

In my opinion, Idx should be more of a teaser, not disclose everything. There are many other sites trying to compete with Realtor.com

With all the Free competition out there for agents to list with you have an uphill battle. I do think your costs are probably much cheaper than others and if you could generate new leads for what your price is it might be worth it.
Live feeds are the future. People want to know now!

Looks nice. Just get those guys to update their blog as much as possible. People will quickly forget your site unless you give them a reason to come back. Blogs are habit forming, and I've caught myself returning to them over and over.

    Nice work!
