bloggin website help

Can anyone please help and give any suggestions. I am trying to build a wordpress site but I am doing a terrible job, I don't know if I installed an older version, I don't know how to install plugins etc. Please take a look and any suggestions would be appriciated.

Since we can't write the url's on this page of the section it is at the bottom of the page(signature page).

Are you doing it from the wordpress.com itself? or your just using it as a CMS?

Here's what you can do. If you are going to host it yourself, then download the latest version from the wordpress.org.

Then Get a free or buy a template. Unzip the template and using an FTP program upload it to your website in the WP content > Themes folder.

You can add widgets on the sidebar by going to the Design tab and then to the Widget tab.
