First thing I noticed, your subheader is wordpress's default. Same with your links. Change them.
All your posts links to dubaipropertysearch[dot]net, which I would assume is your main website. This is not good. You might be flagged as spamming wordpress. Better, just place a link to your site on your blog's sidebar. And try to make more informative posts, not just adverts.

Good rule of thumb is to blog at least once per week...this keeps the content fresh and keeps google coming back for more
