Default Internet Marketing for Real Estate sites

    Hi,

Thanks for your message. Ok we have 2 different packages.

    50 Dedicated blogs for you.

    1. All blogs will be on PR4 domains.
    2. All blogs will be hosted on different c-class IPs to give you maximum weight.
    3. All blogs will be dedicated to you, you'll be the owner of these blogs.
    4. Initially we'll design and create these blogs with unique content. Then we'll post reviews or whatever you like about your site to be posted with your link embeded within the text.
    5. We'll buy old deleted domains that are PR4 for your blogs, and then we'll build link popularity to maintain and improve their PR. This works wonderfully we have tried and tested this many times before.

Note: you'll be the owner of these blogs, initially each blog will be created with unique content. You'll be able to take full control over these blogs or let us manage and maintain them while you get the traffic and link popularity you want.

Cost is $100/Blog initially and then $25 for maintenance that includes hosting fee and building link popularity.

    Links from relevant blogs

    1. Your links will be placed on relevant blogs that are PR4 and above.
    2. First we'll create 2 paragraph text for your site and embed your link and then we'll post on those blogs. Each blog will have a different post.
    3. Links will come from blogs that are hosted on different c-class IPs.
    4. You'll have to pay per post.

Cost would be $1500 for 50 different blog posts with PR4 and above.

This cost is nothin as compared to what you are going to gain from these links. You can have your site reviewed on each post and this alone will create great power to your site.

Let me know if you are intersted.

    Regards,
    Jason

    Default Interesting concept

I'd be interested in learning about this. But it sounds like your clients might stand a strong chance of getting gimp slapped for that one. Anyone else have any comments on the subject matter?

I'm not so sure I support mass blog posting services at all. Blog's aren't the best source of links when done en-mass and out of those 50 I would assume only half may get value.

    I'd rather build links myself.

There are way too many blogs with junk content on them out there! There is something to say about having one blog and posting to it yourself to build your authority for your particular market. It does not take that much of your time!

    Default What is the point?

So you get to spend $5000 and have 50 blogs across the internet that will apparently be saying good things about you.

There is a good chance that none of the blogs will get any traffic, and by that I mean there is no reason for more than one person to run across one of these blogs in a day.

I really believe that if you are building an online presence that you should have your own views, updated often, on one blog and then just pay some money to advertise this one blog on other sites using AdWords or even banner ads. There is not much reason for a Realtor to have 50 sites at all.

having 50 bogs doesn't give you the assurance of getting into the top.
