I enjoy reading many blogs. That said, it's great that you are sticking to topics you are interested in, have knowledge of, and practice on a daily basis. Many persons have found blogging success by blogging about things they are interested in and incorporating those things with marketing themselves in the professional world. You'd be surprised how many people go online to buy real estate and end up reading blogs about fishing - and then buying real estate.

I've got a blog that is focused on generating passive income through real estate (you can see a link to it in my signature below).

Why? Because I noticed that there were A TON of real estate blogs on the internet - but most of them were either:

1. Chocked FULL of sales pitches (pretty weak on content that was actually helpful and free)
2. Focused heavily on the niche of "flipping houses" (which is a great practice - but isn't focused on *passive* income)

The goal of my real estate business was to create several streams of income that didn't require me to risk my life savings or lose sleep at night. I always thought there was a serious lack of free information on this topic, so my goal with this blog was to change that. So far, people seem to be responding pretty positively to it (which has been a lot of fun to watch).
