    Default Wordpress Theme Creator

    I know you can get themes for Wordpress and I know I can edit my blog inside wordpress but how can I create my own template from scratch that could be added to a site of templates?

    its easy design and slice like you do with normal html site and then parts of it like header, footer, side bar, post and comment and then add the CSS and code in the respective files.
