Hi, I'm Dave Keys. I'm not an agent, yet, although I'm thinking of getting my license here in CA. My primary blog is davekeys.com where I cover a number of topics. I'd tried specializing several blogs but Google seems to like my main one best. The domain is ten years old and has a PR2.

Lately, I'm focusing more on the one blog and covering relevant topics from there. The jury is out whether Google will rank it high for multiple keywords that are related enough to real estate, but not necessarily in a way that would identify that to Google. Photography, SEO and real estate are not automatically related but we'll see what Google does. So far, so good with SEO and Photography. I run another blog in preparation for possible work in real estate as well as for some of my clients. It's Cthehome.com and focuses primarily on Fullerton homes. I've recently started adding neighborhood photography and video- something beyond the 20 thumbnails on MLS listings, when I see a nice home on the market. Cthehome.com ranks on page two and sometimes page one for Fullerton Homes keywords. Not a lot of concentrated push or effort has gone into it, just a steady drip-feed of content over a couple of years.
