I Am In The Process Of Launching A New Houston Real Estate Site And Need Feedback
Ok, so I have this new site that I just put up and I am trying to decide what content to add to each of the different sections on the layout. The site is http://houstonhomesforsale.TV I am thinking of creating a Houston neighborhoods category and then creating subcategories that include the neighborhoods. But then I will make the tabber hold the subcategories for the most popular neighborhoods. I will determine what neighborhoods are most popular on the web using the search totals from Google's adsense keyword tool. I figure since my goal is traffic this is the smartest approach to defining popularity.
Now if I put up posts for the most popular neighborhoods in the tabber I then need to decided how to use the other three spots for content. Those being the full length column featured content and then the right and left featured content. I am thinking it would be wise to make posts about the area subdivisions and then post those in the full length column and have Houston master planned communities and Houston subdivisions go into the other two right and left featured content positions.
I would love to have some suggestions on how it should be put together so please go check out the new sight and then come back and give me your feedback. I could really use it since I want to get this project rocking and rolling right away. A big thanks to all those that take the time to help me out.
