    Default Do Follow and SEO

Of course do follow links are better than nofollow. For those who have working knowledge of SEO this is not news.

But what's important that recently Google and Bing changed their policies about nofollow links.

I recommend every blog to start using follow links only not just because it will increase the number of postings but if you do link sculpting from your blog to your website no follow links do not have the same effect they used to and will not fuel your web pages with additional link juice, this is a new development and I would recommend start paying attention to it.

Bloggers have to edit the comments prior allowing them to be published, so now we are talking about some extra work. Eh, seems like SEO is getting more complex weekly

Default Traffic and Ranking are connected

Your assumption is correct. There was a number of SEO experiments where spikes in traffic instantly affected web page ranking. However, when traffic subsided page ranks dropped down.

Google's latest update "Caffeine" is about speeding up the process of web page indexing and ranking. It looks like Google aims at becoming a news source where fresh content from newly published web pages will not be hidden from web users for like 6 months as it was in the past.

As far as links from highly ranking blogs concerned, I think it will become the thing of the past in the next few month. Google does not like when people pay for links. Their latest changes regarding "nofollow" links will change the whole link building process. I expect this change will take after Christmas. Bing follows the suit. I am not sure about Yahoo, but then who really cares about them anymore? Just kidding, they still are here, like an old ugly couch.

    Default Using this list

this is a great list of blogs. Just remember, every blog has certain editorial rules. All of your comments will be reviewed by the blog owners prior to publishing them. Therefore blatant spamming will not work.
