Im a 22 yr old African American female from Tennessee planning to take real estate classes in the fall. I plan to go into the field and succede either way but just wanted to know some success tips from established agents, brokers, lenders, or anyone having to do with the real estate world. Also, willing to travel.

Start a self hosted WordPress real estate blog now. The sooner the better plus your site would look more credible as it would not at first have commercial feel. I started over in a new city where I did not know a single person and in just 1 year I have become the second highest earner in my office. I did it all on the web.

What you will find out is that you cannot do well with web marketing without having built relationships. This is the very reason I am willing to help new people in my field to get rocking. Let me know if you would like to know how you could get a head start on the industry.
