Podcasting
Podcasting is a form of audio broadcasting using the Internet, podcasting takes its name from a combination of "iPod" and broadcasting. iPod is the immensely popular digital audio player made by Apple computer, but podcasting does not actually require the use of an iPod.
According to the New Oxford American Dictionary, a podcast is "a digital recording of a radio broadcast or similar program, made available on the Internet for downloading to a personal audio player," but the generally accepted definition has expanded to include video as well as audio. HomeTour Podcast
I have been playing with the idea of doing a home tour video podcast for clients when they are searching for a Portland area home but they do not live here. For remote clients, this seems like a great option that would save them time, stress, and travel money. I just need to think of a way to streamline this.

Podcasting doesn't attract browsers, they usually used by visitors that really looked for it, though podcasting is very informational people prefer watching video interviews rather than listening to these podcasts.
