I feel the biggest challenge that a blogger faces is to keep his/her audiences intact all the time and this is possible only when you write something that is interesting, current affair!

Totally agree. Writing for real estate is a little bit different. You will need latest facts and figures and keep a tab on the latest trends to keep your returning visitors from going elsewhere. One of the best ways is to have RSS content on a particular segment in your blog to keep it current that creates an `up to date' impression to your visitors. Any widgets or plug ins for any real time information will also help.

    Default Blogging material

I often have trouble thinking of content that is "evergreen" or something that will continue to have value despite when the article was written. Finding evergreen content is important for both SEO and for your visitors.

I also find that my audience is constantly shifting, some of my readers dissappear when they have purchased a house and they are no longer looking at real estate and my real estate blog.

I like to read other blogs for inspiration. I also sit down a few times a week and brain storm a bunch of ideas based on keywords i want to target in my posts.

Default Why not try embedded video

    Try a few client testimonials
You can embed the video into your blog post

Its not that hard to come up with content that lasts. These are usually standard tips and know how which does not change dramatically over the years but these type of content is all over the place. If you want to keep one step ahead of your competition you will need to do constant research and give almost real time information ( as far as real estate is concern ). And always keep your customers in your opt-in list. That way you can still get hold of them even if they have had bought a house.
