Thread: What Do you Get in BLog Comments?

I've been wondering... We all know blog commenting is very helpful to us, SEO-wise, but does it give any benefit to the blog owner you are commenting to?

I think blog owner can get some traffic as well as popularity of the blog.

You should make the comments to be approved and not getting them without approval. Still blog commenting makes search engine realize that your blog is in too much interaction with so much comments...the other thing that you will get more and more traffic ...sometimes this helps to get mouth publicity and visitors come by. But dont make so many comments that it becomes link farm..

Of course it does IF your comments are useful and help inspire more comments and a community. The whole point of blogging is to allow people to leave opinions about posts and start discussions.

Very true, and one more thing I just realized about blog commenting by others to your blog, is that they are considered as part of the content.

offcourse genuine reply of post will be beneficial for blog owner when other blog reader comes to blog it will makes positive effect.

I think it is flattering to the blog owner to receive comments. It shows them you thought the article was interesting enough to read and leave a comment. It's great to start conversations and add more relevant content to improve the owner's SEO as well.

Often times I get article or post ideas from my viewer comments. It is a great way to come up with content that you know the majority of readers will appreciate.

Blog comment will give benefit for the owner blog. For me that's means your blog having high number visitor. More comment on your blog, it's a sign of more higher your traffic. And of course more popular.
