what is the toughest part of blogging for you?

They must have a reason. Whether or not you like that reason, they have made their decision. Maybe you can get enough agents to persuade the association to change their mind since it will only help the sellers gain more exposure for their properties.

I have heard one major company will not allow IDX for their listings so they can try to double end the commission-how is that putting your clients interests ahead of your own?

another hard thing for me in blogging is thinking of a good topics with the used of my keywords,it's really not easy ideas are not coming in...

Searching right topic to write for and collective information regarding the same. For me these are toughest part of blog writing.

First of all you need to select 4-5 keywords. The you need to write them in the keywords tag. The you need to write a couple of sentences for the secription tag which should include the keyword, the you should add the same keywords to the main text which should be no less that 500-600 words and it must be unique. Using the bold and the h1 tags is also a good practice, and of course backlinking, this is probably the most important. Then the social websites... forums... blogs that dofollow and you are done... you must have an rss emission and do a ping each time you have something new on your website...each time you put a new backlink towards yoursite, you ping the linking site... a good services for pinging if not using wordpress is:

The time to actually do the writing so that the blog sounds right. I find that I write and correct and re-write, repeat, so many times that it takes hours.

Do use plr articles. PLR as in private label rights articles. These are ready articles that can be re edited, re-written on and claim it as your own. It saves huge amount of time and money. But you need to be wary of sub standard suppliers of these sort of products.

The other thing is that you might want to learn about `auto-piloting' your articles or posts. Meaning scheduling in advance so that you can free yourself for more time.

Sometimes, it is also motivating to write posts if you have a very neat theme!
