Want REO Listings?
Asset Managers assign the REO listings for banks and asset management companies. These are the people you need to contact to get these listings.
The problem is their contact information has always been kept hidden by the few agents that control almost all of the bank owned listings in each market. The best you could do was find a list of banks and maybe get the REO department number, but never the actual listing assigners.
Well now you can.
REO Intelligence provides the direct contact information (Name, title, email address, and direct phone line) to the asset managers at 51 different REO listing companies including Countrywide, Bank of America, Citi, EMC, Litton Loans, Indymac, Wells Fargo, and Wachovia...just to name a few.
Now agents can take control and put themselves infront of these listing assigners to earn their REO (bank owned) listing business.

the difference
The REO Intelligence database provides direct contact information to THE ACTUAL PEOPLE that assign the listings, not just a link to the company's website. They also just released the same direct contact info the people that assign the BPOs at over 50 valuation & asset management companies.
