Promoting Unlimited Listings on DIYHomeSellers.com - FREE for 1 Year
For the first 2 individuals or companies who respond (serious inquires only) to this thread or via email:
As a way to attract more Real Estate Professionals to our For Sale By Owner website we have implemented and are beta testing out a "Super User Account". This will give agents and professionals the ability to promote your listings on another professional real estate and bring potential buyers to you and your clients in a tough market.
Not only will you attract new buyers, but we also give you the option of adding 1 external link per listing to your site building link backs and increasing your SEO rankings.
As if that were not enough we place your Listing on 20+ additional sites:
Google.com, Yahoo.com, Craigslist.org, Hoobly.com, 10Realty.com, Zillow.com, Oodle.com, Trulia.com, Ziply.com, ListNLook.com, Lycos.com, TopFSBO.com, Squidoo.com and many more!
Again this free offer is limited to the first 2 individuals/companies who contact me via this thread. Once that 2 person reserve has been met the price is $299/yr for unlimited listings and color photos.

Why only two people? Here's a posting I made that gives free advertising for everyone up to four months:

Reason being is that our SuperUser Account lasts for 1yr (not 4 months as yours did). Plus you get a maximum of 25 photos per listing with unlimited listings. So potentially a person(s) could have hundreds of listings each having 25 photos which takes up quite a bit of bandwidth. If I had tons of free accounts like this then the cost/benefit ratio would not suffice. Why only two people?
Hope that answers your question and please feel free to let me know if you're interested; we periodically use these types of promotions.Last edited by Chief Tutor; 12-16-2008 at 12:57 PM.
