Buy now?
Now is an excellent time to buy. Even if you have a little money to invest. I just bought a home for $2,500 and it is worth three times that amount. There are many places you can go to find homes for low prices like this right now, and one of the best I have found is www.realty-scalperz.com where they have homes from all over the US for under $10K and many under $5K. If you can afford to, buy now while prices are low and hold out for a little while because things will change.

Since I recommended Buying Climate Has Even Gotten Better!
Hi Ryan Allen,
In February of 2008, I was leaning toward a "buyers market"! The climate has even improved over February, 2008. Now first time home buyers can get tax credits and, if willing to do some searching, even better mortgage rates.
Anyone who doesn't do it now will be kicking themselves in the years to come! Don't forget negotiation with the seller . . . it can only help you and will never hurt you!Last edited by Chief Tutor; 03-25-2009 at 01:27 PM. Reason: Put URL in Signature

Both can be of use.. either of barter and trade... but in terms of buyer and seller.. it should on specific area.. so it can be segregated on certain facts.. wouldn't you agree?
