    Thumbs up ~Short-sale Specialists!!!

We are Real Realty Solutions! We are a real estate consulting group that specializes in helping homeowners get out of their property before they end up in foreclosure. We train brokers and realtors how to perform short sales, we market on their behalf, give them leads to homeowners in their designated farm area BEFORE they go onto the public Lis Pendens/NOD lists. We assist in short sales, as well as present contracts to the lenders. We are a nation-wide company.

Default How do I find out more?

Hello, I would love to find out more on this topic. Where are you located? Is there a seminar or site that helps with learning just the basics. It would be nice to educate myself a little better, especially with the way the market looks for the future.

I've got experience in short sales, both as a Realtor and as a representative of the lender. I would love to hear how you get your leads and how you assist Realtors during the transaction.

If you have good contacts/relationships with lenders it could be a potentially powerful proposition you are making, but it sounds very questionable. You used lots of high impact sales jargon in your 1st post- and I don't agree at all that we are currently in the "biggest Re-Fi Boom in HISTORY!!". The feds just lowered rates again to try and keep the banks loaning money. The lowered rates helps the banks more than consumers, keeps it profitable for them to loan money. I have several friends in the mortgage industry and see how most are currently struggling.

How can I learn more about shortsales, putting together a shortsale package etc? Any advise on how to generate shortsale leads? There many Atlanta foreclosures and more are coming. I would like to capitalize on this. Thanks.

Walk into banks, ask they foreclosure dept and ask how you can get info. The more banks, the more leads, the more deals...
Real estate is a number game...
