What are your terms in notes buying?

Hello! First we would get all the information on the property and then run the numbers. We would call you back with a quote. If you would like to go ahead with the deal, we would submit all information to investors and close the deal. Our fees are paid by our investors so there is no cost to you for our services. Do you have a note that you would like to sell?

Yes, I have new notes every week.
However, I have to decline.

Of course not. I have a decent amount of people asking for my notes. All and everyone of them just want to make quick cash. They all act like I must sell, like a owner facing foreclosure, where people make low ball offers...I don't have to sell, I loooove my cash flow...

I understand especially if you do not need to sell. We are not looking to make quick cash, we just try to offer help to individuals that need it. If you do ever decide that you would like to sell for whatever reason, please keep us in mind. If you know of anyone who could use our services, please let them know about us.
