I will allow you to be the only realtor in your area to be able to market my Flat Fee Plus program.

This will help you as follows

Buyers - If buyers work with you you can connect them with a lender that will offer them either a super low cost loan (by virtue of our flat fee program) or up to 2% contribution towards their closing costs. If you market this properly you may get buyers that others can't

Sellers - Your listing presentation can include the fact that you are partnered with a broker that will pay up to 2% towards the buyers closing costs. This will help the seller avoid having to accept an offer where they pay the costs. Again this option will make you different without costing you or your seller.
