    Talking Georgia Real Estate Referrals.

If anyone know's of anyone who's moving to Georgia, I will pay a referral fee of 30%. just send your referral fee info and I will sign it and send it back. Lots of people moving to Georgia from the north and the west. I specialize in relocation and getting second home mortgage loans. E-mail me
    today.

I also specialize in finding homes that need rehabing. Homes in area's once rehabed will bring an enormous return on your $$$$. With these homes you can buy and sell or buy and rent.

    which part?

    I'm a realtor, which means I can give a 30% refferal fee.
If someone wants to relocate to Georgia, Then this is my specialty.Plus if they want to they can use a second home loan to purchase the property.
And rehabing is not illegal in the State of Georgia. Plus I'm a Realtor so
I have the license to find properties that need work and I usually know
Investors who want to buy these properties. they fix them up then sell them. Which is perfectly legal. I'm confused how respa fits in this. Please
explain, because I have been in the mortgage business for 10 years and I'm pretty well versed on how RESPA works.

And dont think for once that I dont appriciate your concern.

    Have a great day!

You have to be very careful on referral fees when it comes to the finance part. I noticed you do lending too? That

    Thanks!

I dont do referals on the lending side. And when I say referals, Since its a
real estate forum I just assumed everyone was a realtor. Because these are the only people I can pay a referal too. So if you have a realtor in your family (which everyone does) past this wonderfull news on to them.

    Thanks,
