Default The Most Solid Investment Strategy I've Seen!

I would have to say, for myself, I have found the greatest investment in today's economy to be the Strait Path System. It was created by Kris Krohn, who also founded REIC, the Real Estate Investors Club in 2007. It is fully comprehensive in covering all that a real estate investor would worry about.

The Strait Path System relies upon 6 pillars upon which it operates:

    1. Least Time
    2. Least Effort
    3. Least Risk
    4. Service
    5. Market Variability
    6. Profitability

In my workings with this system I have been most impressed. It requires, as stated, the least time, effort, & risk. Not only that, it also provides a service for people. REIC does not believe in transacting real estate in which people are taken advantage of. A huge factor in the strait path system is that it works in both UP & DOWN markets!

I would recommend this to anyone who is interested. Feel free to send me an email and I'll get you some more information.

    Happy Hunting,
    -Stephen C Beacham

    Default What is safe?

I see your point, but I must disagree in many ways. It all depends on what you define as secure or safe. "A ship that is in the harbor is safe, but that is not what ships were built for."
I mean, with the way the market is headed, investing in bonds & 401k's & the like is going to be secure in the fact that your money is preserved (to a degree, considering the rate of inflation...), but will not be secure in the fact that you won't have enough for retirement.
Many people don't look past their present circumstances and understand that if they do not have an investment which is cutting them a monthly check, their retirement is going to be pretty thin in 30 years.
The reason I recommend real estate is because it does in fact make people money -enough money to retire on. The reason I refer people to the Strait Path System & REIC, is because, like I said, I feel it is the smartest & securest investment which can actually be called an investment.
Take for example the work their doing for their investors right now in Pheonix, AZ & Las Vegas, NV, the two hottest markets: Recently one of the investors purchased a home for 70k. The mortgage comes in at $471/month and they rent it out for $925. That's a monthly check of $454, giving them a 19% ROI. When's the last time your Bond did that?
Riding the wave of interest is good and all as long as you have enough money to make it worth it. But when you have that much money, you probably would be investing it in something besides a Bond anyway.
I recommend the Strait Path System because once you understand it, you realize it is the best way to invest.

my numbers are very similar to the market im in here in california. real estate is the quickest way to self retirement.

i have my own little system that has doubled up my net worth in 2 years, i didn't go to any fancy college, dont read books and i barely passed high school with a D- average. i put every disposable dollar i have into physical silver and gold, its the safest investment i have ever held other than real estate. i expect it to add 150K to my worth this calendar year.

Pretty much the exact oposite of the Mike Ferry concept which I'm not a big fan of. No point being in business if it doesn't allow you to have some free time every once in a while.

Seems interesting, I'd like to hear from persons who have truly put these strategies to the test and seen great results. It's great when successful people decide to share their secrets with the world for a modest fee. You seem to have lots of information readily available.
