Have you heard of the executive real estate conference called "The Edge"? It was presented by Richard Kurtz from Resource Dynamics. It was held in Denver on December 14-15, 2010.

Several months ago I signed up for it (August 2010 in fact). "The Edge" was presented as a no-nonsense and cutting-edge system of sales and marketing materials and techniques. By all accounts it's powerful.

But I was not able to attend. I'm a real person, and here is my story and my offer to you, my fellow realtors.

I had been struggling to find an effective way to reach buyers and sellers and beating out my competition. I was eager to take control of my business. I was looking for a fast track to jump start my productivity and profitability. I was eager to transform my career from an average, run-of-the-mill agent, into a top producer. The advance presentation was given by the CEO & Founder of Resource Dynamics, renowned presenter Richard Kurtz. With his enthusiasm, clarity, and streamlined marketing ideas, I knew this was it.

However, between the time I signed up for it and the event itself in December, I quit the real estate business. My son had become ill and I had to travel to Germany to be with him. I decided to stay through December, and while there, I decided to move in a different professional direction outside of real estate. So, I was not able to attend the event.

You're probably wondering, "Chris, what's your point?" Well, "The Edge" was expensive. In fact, it cost me $1400. Had I attended, and stayed with real estate, I knew of course that the cost would have paid for itself many times over with just one commission. And moving forward, the path to profitability was clear. I knew it was well worth the expense.

I want to help another agent though, and I would love to pass "The Edge" on to another realtor - at a discount of course. I know another agent could use this stuff. How do I know? Because at least half of the agents in our office signed up to attend as well! So I am offering these materials to one person: one realtor who wants to take their career to the next level, or get back on track if they're feeling stuck. And at the same time try and recover some of the initial expense.
