The blog post solution
A number of real estate agents/website owners have expressed concern about their desire to write a blog and inability or lack of time to do so. The importance of having an updated blog on your website is now common knowledge even though many people have tried to ignore blogging in the hopes that it will go away.
Guess what? At least in the foreseeable future, blogging is here to stay and is an important communicative tool. Blogging is a useful way to interact with others in your profession, attract new business and creates the kind of information looked for by search engine spiders.
Blogging is what we do! We are specialists in imparting the kinds of real estate relative information that will simultaneously attract visitors to your site and enhance search engine positioning.

Well said. Anyone NOT marketing online (that definitely includes blogging) is missing the mark. With nearly 80% of buyers starting their home search online why wouldn't you want to tell them about community X or subdivision Y and why it's such a wonderful place to live.
