Note the realtor Trademark, so you have to be a realtor to own this... (ideally in dallas)

site gets about 1-3 leads daily, would guesstimate about 2-4 closings a month would come from site.

The only group that can legally use that domain would be the Realtor Association of Dallas.
An individual realtor can NOT use that domain, it's against NAR's terms.
Realtors can only use the term Realtor in their domain name accompanied:
1. Full Legal Name
2. First Initial and last name
3. First name and last intial
So Jon Smith can have a domain
realtorjonsmith.com
jonsmithrealtor.com
jsmithrealtor.com
realtorjsmith.com
jonsrealtor.com
realtorjons.com
They are VERY diligent about enforcing this. They have automated crawlers that search for improper domain names and if they haven't contacted you yet, it's just a matter of time before the site is shut down.Last edited by USGlobal; 09-06-2010 at 05:10 PM.
